Great question, we focus on training our team right the first time, and with constant development on our team, our company has no choice but to get better. When we use our hands-on and personalized approach, we want the best for our clients and treat each with the same respect and motivation as our own.
We first realized we needed to focus on what we could control and roll with the punches. We adapted and stayed flexible. During the first three months of the pandemic, we worked entirely remotely. We focused on personal development and improving our skills. We created a book and workout clubs. We concentrated on helping others when we could and even had zoom team-building and networking opportunities. The Pandemic has made us closer and stronger.
We have a different type of company. We have developed genuine friendships with an open-door policy and a collaborative environment. We work hard to hit goals. It's not uncommon for team members to be in the office an hour or two before or after office hours, not because they have to but because we are constantly improving and developing ourselves and those around us. It's a place like no other.
