Great question, we focus on training our team right the first time, and with constant development on our team, our company has not choice but to get better. When we use our hands on and personalized approach we want the best for our clients and treat each client with the same respect and motivation as if it was our own.
We first realized that we needed to focus on what we can control, and roll with the punches. We adapted and stayed flexible. The first 3 months of the pandemic we worked fully remotely. We focused on a lot of personal development and improving our skills. We created book and work out clubs. We focused on helping others when we could and even had zoom team building and networking opportunities. The Pandemic has made us closer and stronger.
We have a different type of company. We have developed true friendships with an open door policy and a collaborative environment. We work hard to hit goals. It's not uncommon for team members to be in the office an hour or two before or after office hours, not because they have to but because we are constantly improving and developing ourselves and those around us. It's a place like no other.
